- 2:40 pm-3: 00pm Vice-Chairman of Chongqing Science and Technology Association, Dr. Gan Lianjun, introduce the background and progress of Competition.
- 3:00 pm-3: 15pm deputy Chiar of Chongqing Youth Federation, Mr. Shi Chonggang Introduce the situation of youth entrepreneurship in Chongqing.
- 3:15 pm-3: 35pm Cultural and Education Section British Embassy in Beijing, Miss Zhang Jing introduce the Prime Minister Initiative II of Higher Education Action Plan and other UK Higher education activities.
- 3:35 pm-4: 00pm Urban Planning and Design Institute of China Academy for Two Rivers New Zone, Chief Officer, Mr. Chen Yixing introduce two rivers new zone in Chongqing's master plan.
- 4:00 pm-4: 20pm CIDAUK, Dr. Xiong Yu introduced the British side situation.
- 4:30 pm end. Representatives of all the guests and posed for pictures in front of Bowen House.
